We believe coaching and mentoring are invaluable in helping teams and leaders to develop and achieve their career path. We aim to support people as they develop, whether as a leader or specialist, and build their engagement with industry leaders and peers.
We have coached and mentored individuals in a variety of roles over the years, from emerging talent to managing directors. We aim to help and support individuals achieve success in their chosen path, whether that's helping them shape their 90 or 180 day plan for a new role, supporting their team in achieving their potential, or leading transformation.
Having benefitted from some amazing mentors and coaches over the years, we feel so passionately about the importance of supporting others that we also provide pro-bono mentoring and coaching through Inspiring Scotland.
