As an SME, this sign can sadly be a little reminiscent of some experiences trying to engage with prospective clients.
The pandemic has seen everyday consumers rally round small businesses in their communities, recognizing the value they provide. I'm hoping that we will see this same spirit within B2B, with larger organisations seeking out SMEs like myself, who can offer something truly appreciative of client needs.
I believe my experiential learning offers organisations an innovative way to enable their people to engage with each other and develop their skills as a team. This is especially important at a time when remote working has made it difficult to build those personal connections, or to have opportunities to learn from peers.
